The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the Cork Gaa Clubs Draw site.

You may only place an order for goods and services if you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Buying Online

» Each ticket costs €100 and is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

» Your name will be entered into 12 draws (1 each month) commencing with the draw that takes place during the month of purchase.

» Draws take place on the last Friday of each month and results are published on this site on the following Monday.

» To be included in the draw of the month of purchase you must buy your ticket before 4pm (GMT) on the last Friday of the month. Otherwise, your first draw will be the draw of the following month.

» Details of the draws you will be entered into will be emailled to you after purchase.

» You must renew you ticket after 12 months to be eligible for the next 12 draws. A reminder to renew will be automatically emailled to you.

» You can also purchase a ticket on behalf of someone else (as a gift). You will be given this option during the entry process.

» During the entry process you will also be asked to enter 4 lotto numbers of your choosing. You will then be eleigible for the Lotto draws. See our Lotto section for more details.

Prizes

1. All prizes are subject to availability and prizes shown are for illustration purposes only.

2. Fully Paid up members draw to be held in January 2010.

3. Cash value of all cars shown in €12,000.

4. 3rd Prize winners each month will have a choice of holiday for 2 as listed or €1500 cash.

5. No cash alternative for mini jackpots (Cheltemham/Monaco).

6. If for any reason the 1st prizewinner in the draw is deemed invalid all the other prize winners will automatically move up one place.

7. The decision of the Cork County Board Draw Committee will be final on all matters.

8. The organisers reserve the right to alter Prizes or Draw dates in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

9. A set of Jerseys will be given to the club of the winner of the 15th prize

10. Grand Divisional Draw Commencing February 2010.

Greyhound Spectacular

1. Two weeks prior to February Draw 48 Names will be drawn (6 x 8 races)

2. The Draw will cover eight races

3. Total prize fund €25,000

4. Each name will be matched with one dog. Prizes as follows, to be drawn on night of race:
1st Prize - €1,000
2nd Prize - €500
3rd Prize - €500
4th Prize - €250
5th Prize - €250
6th Prize - €250

Lotto

The Lotto will run for 20 weeks. €20,000 jackpot. If the Lotto is not won after 3 weeks - €500 x 8 prizes will be drawn the following week.

Free Lotto commencing January 2010.

Order Fulfillment

When you submit your order you are allowing the Cork Gaa Clubs Draw to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event of there being a problem with your order we will communicate with you via telephone, email or letter.

Amendment & Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order or make any amendments to the address or items ordered. Where a refund is claimed, please allow 21 days for us to refund your money.
